We ship most items the same day the order is placed or the following business day. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number and expected delivery date for your package when your package is shipped. We cannot guarantee that all orders will be shipped within one business day; we can only guarantee that we will package your order carefully and ship it as quickly as possible.
UPS collects, transports and delivers packages Monday through Friday each week. UPS closes on most major holidays.
UPS Ground service is only available to the contiguous 48 states and UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. We can ship to PO boxes, Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that this method is more expensive than UPS for heavier items and your shipment may be delayed.
We are confident that you will be pleased with our merchandise, but if you are not satisfied with your purchases for any reason, items may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, we will either replace it for another item or issue a merchandise credit. If you wish to return an item you purchased, you may choose to have the item replaced or have credit issued to you in the original form of payment.
